1. The prospectus is available on Mehran University admissions website at “admissions.muet.edu.pk”
2. Register at “ugadmissions.muet.edu.pk” by pressing Create an account and provide valid Email address (please ensure you have entered your active email address), CNIC and Password.
3. Please login to Admission Web Portal using your active email address and password.
4. Fill the following Information:
- A bank challan of required fee will be generated by the system.
- Application processing fee of Rs. 4,900/- is required to be paid in any of the branches of HBL bank (Download Bank Challan from Portal Account).
- Print the above-mentioned challan and upload stamped receipt on the system.
- Fill the basic information.
- Educational information.
- Upload profile picture.
- Upload the every of the mandatory documents.
- Fill Self-Financing information (If applying for admission on Self-Financing basis).
5. Upload your required scanned documents.
- Following documents are mandatory to upload on the system:
- Marks Certificate of SSC (Matriculation).
- Marks Certificate of HSC-I (First Year) or equivalent (for the candidates with passing year 2023 or earlier up to 2020).
- Marks Certificate of HSC-II (Intermediate) or equivalent (for candidates with passing year 2023 or earlier up to 2021).
- Marks Certificate of DAE (for the candidates with passing year 2023 or earlier up to 2021).
- Admit Card (Slip) for the Group Switching Candidates.
- Affidavit for the Group Switching Candidates (Please download the affidavit specimen from Admissions Website/Downloads).
- Domicile and PRC.
- CNIC / B-Form.
6. Candidate must make sure to upload the appropriate photograph as per following guidelines:
- Photograph should not exceed 150KB of storage size.
- Photograph should be in jpg or png format.
- Photograph must be taken recently.
- Photograph should be in Blue/White background.
- Photograph should be 140x186 Dimension.
- Photograph should be in formal dressing.
- Photograph should be in clear, sharp and good quality.
- Your full face must be visible (70-80% of photograph), eye contact with the camera.
- Photograph should be with natural skin tone, with natural brightness and contrast.
7. Admit card will be available at the admission portal after confirmation of the fee submission by the bank and validation of your uploaded photograph and documents.
8. Don’t forget to bring along the copy of your Pre-Admission Entry Test Admit Card on the day of Entry Test (mentioned in the schedule on admission website) together with original CNIC / B-Form.
